6.0Got there and no one was at the front desk. Asked someone from the restaurant who was smoking at the front entrance on their phone, and she said that maybe they were on break and we would have to wait. No let me check on that for you or offer to help. Just went back to talking on her phone. Had to wait for about 30 minutes to check in. I understand people taking breaks, but normally someone else would relieve that person to avoid someone waiting to check in. Check in starts at 2pm. Why would someone go on break at 4pm. Seems like bad timing. Restaurant was ok. Very quiet place. Although it said that I was purchasing the last room there seemed to be only 8 couples staying on the resort. For $500 a night I expected better.
