8.0The location is incredible - the view of the volcano is extraordinary. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious & nice. There is a small theme park next door too.
− There aren’t many local food options without a car. The hotel’s food is acceptable, but choices are limited. There is almost no veggie food & they don’t serve (any) wine - only spirits or sweet cocktails, which was a bit sad at dinner. Finally, the pool is far, far away. We had to walk around a wedding party to access it (the bride was very beautiful though!)

10.0I like mostly how welcoming the staff were. They were all having a smiling faces whenever I see them. The facility was also nice, overlooking to the Taal volcano. Me and my family enjoyed a lot and I could say one of the best places ever I've been.
