10.0The location was very near a very fine beach; the facilities were well maintained and clean. The Spa was great and the food was exceptional. You could not ask for a better, more attentive staff. No problems except the "all inclusive" was "available" but was in fact a B&B at the advertised rate. The cost of upgrading was cheap for what you received.

6.0Vissa personalen som jobbar i köket behövs utvecklas om hur bemöter gästerna. Jag har sett att man särbehandlas gästerna beroende om hur dem känner varandra. Maten var ganska ok men inte som vi har förväntat . Toaletten luktade illa och handfatet var stopp varandra gång man fixar. Övriga var ganska okej. Receptionist var bra och vi kännande oss välkommena vid incheckning.
