4.0Super easy location accessible to everything most of the staff were amazing and accommodating due to being a power outage and water unfortunately some weren’t
− Unfortunately there was a power outage and water outage due to Oz grid which there was a pamphlet on the desk as check-in letting us know but not telling us that breakfast would be finished two hours early and didn’t actually inform us in person when checking in that there was gonna be an outage.
Enjoyable stay
8.0The location great, the free onsite parking is great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant serves good food. Overall, good value for the price.
− There's no lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up stairs, or ask for a ground floor room.
It was grand….. but pricey for what it is. It’s very old fashioned and the rooms seem more like a motel room than an act
8.0− The bed seemed small, it did not seem like a four star hotel….. more like a three star
Very good. Safe and secure for single traveller and all meals covered in house was very convenient.
8.0check in was easy. Staff were very helpful and sorted out the air conditioning issue promptly. Room service was very convenient.
− Was a bit noisy late in evening with guests slamming doors but that is hard to manage.
