− Rummet va kalt och airkondition inte funkade. Duschen va trasig och varmt vatten blanda inte med kalt så antingen är het varmt eller iskallt. Smutsig frukost och väldigt få att välja. Personal i restaurangen va respektlös...
Excellent service from Oktay at this hotel
8.0We had an excellent Stay at this hôtel , good and service was excellent. We really appreciated the welcome and help from Oktay at the hôtel welcome And with our bags and answering our questions when we arrived ,as we did not speak Turkish and needed help to go to a market. He was very professional attentive and spoke English very well. Excellent service!
