− I’m surprised that I forgot my phone on the bed in my son’s room, and you are saying it wasn’t found. This is the first time I’ve experienced something being left in a hotel and not being returned. In general, doesn’t the hotel keep any items that are found by housekeeping or the staff?

10.0The Room was amazing the beds were really comfortable and it was very spacious.Location wise the hotel was close to everywhere i wanted to go its also close to 2 malls. The staff were really attentive and i also want to thank Huseyn(I Think he is from the guest relation) and i also want to thank THE bellboy Javid also Shafiye from the housekeeping and Im looking forward to coming back again thank you for the amazing service :)
