10.0Overall an amazing experience. We booked this hotel last minute for one night after our disastrous hotel in Palermo and it totally exceeded our expectation from reservation to check-out. The staff, especially Rodrigo was amazing and super attentive. He did everything to make us comfortable. He was also so kind to offer us an upgrade after hearing our terrible hotel experience. The room was huge and super clean, there was even a complimentary bottle of wine from their own vineyard. The neighborhood was also really nice and fun to walk around. Would recommend everyone this hotel.
It had its ups and downs; but wouldn’t stay again.
6.0Don’t know his name but first person that greeted us was helpful and wonderful. Got us reservations at Don Julio. Good location except for restaurants. Morning and evening refreshments. Huge comfortable bed, tall windows.
− Needs tender loving care. Bathroom in particular; can see the wear and tear. Bathtub was warm instead of hot water, and was most uncomfortable to try and sit in. Sink had ugly cracks. Dirty terrace. No restaurant. Received misinformation about restaurants service and hours of operation, ending up walking several miles for nothing!
