Pésima experiencia. Poca flexibilidad.

Lo único que se salva es la ubicación.

− Habitaciones antiguas, camas pequeñas. Desayuno básico. Lo peor la poca flexibilidad ante las peticiones de los clientes. Hicimos la media maratón y teníamos que ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto. El check-out era a las 10:30am, sin posibilidad de late check-out, nos obligaron a pagar 210€ por un día entero. Sólo pedimos extender hasta las 12pm para ducharnos al menos 1 sola habitación, pero pot teléfono dirección no nos dio otra opción. Hay que empatizar un poco con el cliente.
