Esperienza da non ripetere
3.0− Nonostante le immediate segnalazioni, il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato in entrambi gli appartamenti durante l’intera durata del soggiorno, causando grave disagio e danni economici per gli ospiti obbligati a utilizzare servizi a pagamento. E ciò, nonostante il prezzo pagato (non certo economico) includesse anche l’uso del wifi. Inoltre, con incredibile solerzia hanno segnalato il rumore causato da un po’ di musica (in orari serali, ben prima dell’ora di silenzio), minacciando addirittura l’intervento delle forze dell’ordine. In effetti qualche agente di polizia sarebbe stato ben accetto, ma non certo per evitare qualche rumorino in stanza, piuttosto per sorvegliare la strada dove sono ubicati gli appartamenti, che è una delle più degradate che ci è capitato di vedere in tutta Barcellona. In tre giorni non hanno mai mancato di accoglierci: tossicodipendenti, prostitute e topi di tutte le dimensioni. Pertanto, consiglio alla struttura di concentrarsi maggiormente con le autorità locali sul decoro della zona, per fornire agli ospiti un’atmosfera almeno minimamente accogliente. Un po’ di musica non può certo rappresentare un disagio in confronto al grave degrado dell’ambiente circostante. Se la vostra attenzione a questi aspetti non migliorerà, non sarà certo un piacere tornare a soggiornare da voi

The property was gorgeous, spacious and perfect for our visit to Barcelona. Location is great only a couple minutes walk
