Room had water dripping from ceiling air conditioner large area of rug water logged and used towels to walk over. Pool only had one water slide running. Other was locked off. Water was good temp. Egress door had push bar falling off door. Food was good. Service to replace tv and plug ins was fast. Owen out outlets.

− Everything else. Cops showing up and kids are in hotel swimming pool...they are looking for something or someone and didnt notify anyone to remain in their rooms??

− I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed by the overall condition and maintenance of the property. When we arrived on the second floor, there was an active roof leak with a garbage bin collecting water. Upon entering our room (243), the decorative bed runner had white crusty residue on it. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly, with toothpaste and water marks around the sink, dusty and dirty corners on both the floor and countertop, and white staining on the coffee station table. The curtains were hanging improperly, and the ceiling around them was peeling and cracking. Despite these issues, we decided to give the hotel a chance and took the kids to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool area was also poorly maintained. The vents appeared moldy and rusty, the floors and grout were dirty, there was visible white debris on the bottom of the pool, the showers looked unclean, and the stairs to the waterslide were covered in dirt. The bottom of the waterslide also appeared to have mold or heavy staining where it entered the pool. Later that evening, I discovered there was no hot water in our room. We were offered another room, but it also had no hot water, and the bathtub would not drain properly. When I turned the air conditioner down to cool the room, it began dripping from the ceiling vent onto the floor, making enough noise to make it difficult to sleep. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel fell well below acceptable standards. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of both the room and the common areas. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not return or recommend this hotel to others.
