8.0Would recommend coming here, for a quick stop-off before heading further into the country, or an accommodation while visiting San Jose. The staff were friendly and the food was good. The surroundings of the property even make it feel like you are in the midst of the Costa Rican jungle while on the outskirts of the city! The rooms were simple but practical and the facilities (and the pool) were clean and well-managed. Overall, a reasonably priced place and good for what it is.

8.0Unfortunately, this hotels proximity to the San Jose airport means loud jet engine noise occurs frequently when commercial aircraft take off from the west end of the runway. This seriously disturbs an otherwise very tranquil setting at the property.
