8.0Location was good, very busy main Street and very close to shinokubo and okubo station Rooms were slightly bigger than other accommodation we had in Tokyo Free WIFI
− The (10 or so) stairs you have to go up with your luggage, as no ground floor access. At least it was only once. Beds are quite firm also which was ok for me but not my partner
Really easy to check in and out, all staff were polite and kind. Super clean.

5.0L'emplacement idéal pour prendre la yamanote line et visiter Tokyo.
− Le personnel froid, de fausses informations car l'hôtel ne fournit pas le service bagage vers l'aéroport comme indiqué. Au contraire, il fallait télécharger une appli et le faire par appli soi-même. Nous avons du coup préféré aller à l'agence Yamato transport qui est à 5min de l'hôtel qui nous ont aidé avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de patience pour l'envoi de nos bagages à l'aéroport.

9.0I've stayed here many times since 2017 & I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Great location, the Shin-Okubo Yamanote Line station is 2 minutes away. There's a 24hour reception which was especially helpful this visit as my plane landed at 11pm & didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1am. Staff are friendly &:there if you need them. For a solo traveller this is perfect
