10.0J’ai été très agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, très propre avec un personnel très professionnel et souriant, possibilité de réserver en ligne, payer par CB, petit-déjeuner copieux etc. Rapport qualité-prix, c’est juste la meilleure offre que j’ai pu avoir à ce jour sur Yaoundé. Hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau 😊

4.0Hôtel idéalement bien placé mais personnel amateur, réceptionnistes sans aucune formation professionnelle, malpolie et tres mal courtois. chambre vip ressemblant plus à un nid de poule. drap troué, sol avec pleins de mal façon, baignoire crasseux etc. j'avais réservé et payé via hotel.com à 15h, je me suis présenté à l'hôtel à 20h le réceptionniste m'a dit sans ménagement qu'il n'avait plus de place dispo et que je devais aller loger ailleurs et demander le remboursement apres. un vrai scandale.
