10.0A recepciós személyzet udvarias, kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli személyzet rendkívüli módon REMEK volt. A vacsora pincéreiről is csak nagyon jó véleményt tudok mondani,gyorsak, udvariasak, mosolygósak. A konyhafőnöknek külön aranyérem és Michelin csillag utalandó.
− A 14-es szobában a fürdőszoba tükör közepén a vastag takaró csík értelmét nem értettük, mert a funkciója jelenleg az volt, hogy eltakarta a belenéző arcot. A zuhanyzóban egy kicsi sarokpolc sokat segítene a mosdószerek elhelyezésében.
A szálloda jóbenyomást keltett,szívesn jövünk máskor is.

8.0Nagyon szép a környék, a szálloda zöldövezetben van. Nyugodt környék. Közel van az állatkert :)
− 2 éjszakát töltöttünk ott. Egyszer sem takarítottak a szobában, amíg ott voltunk.

− A fürdőszoba lehetett volna kicsit nagyobb, több pakolóhelkyel, és egy ☆☆☆☆ hotelban én már elvárok egy vízforralót.
