Very nice hotel in very nice place but service is not at the level it should be at that price point
7.0The location and the building is gorgeous. Is the place to be in Wachau with outstanding views over the garden. The food is very good
− This is a very expensive hotel therefore you expect high levels of service and they do not deliver; many staff are not polite enough in many areas and do not make you feel welcomed. Just as an example (there are many more this one is only illustrative). The breakfast starts at 7:30, I had an early start due to a bike race and I arrived to the breakfast place at 7:00, one couple (maybe friends) were there eating, drinking coffee, but I was immediately informed it start as 7:30. I am not one to ask for favors I took what was available, no coffee, no eggs, nothing from kitchen, just bread and some juice and that is it. Is not a way for a 5 star hotel at this price point...
