7.0・ホテル立地がテムズ川沿いの落ち着いた安寧なエリア ・部屋が広い
− ・駅から遠い ・外のホテルゴミ置場がゴミ山で溢れ､この地域エリアの雰囲気を壊した｡ ・ゴミ置場後ろの ホテル敷地の雑草林が伸び放題で､近隣住宅スペースにも伸び入っている迷惑も放置状態｡雑草林伸び放題を伐採してなく､このエリアに相応しくないホテル全体の敷地の整理整頓やクリーンに､力が注がれてないホテルの管理が非常に残念｡ ・部屋清掃が不十分｡ ・部屋の照明が暗すぎる｡ ・ホテル入口からフロントデスクに行くのに階段が不便｡その階段横にスーツケースなど荷物を載せる上下運動の機械は稼働してない｡

− The lighting in my room (31) was not very bright.
Good hotel, excellent staff but tired hotel fabric …
8.0The location, the available venue and room facilities, and above all the reception and bar/restaurant staff.
− Room fabric and fixings were tired and in need of refurbishment - en-suite sink basin was cracked, basin tap dripped and toilet seat was loose. Carpet was worn and paintwork was damaged in some places - especially door frames.
