This property will be first choice for next trip
10.0Everything was amazing like cleaning, services, food quality & quantity, etc. If you would like to away from crowded areas then this is the perfect destination for you. I wasn't able to explore North Sikkim, will plan to visit again and this property will be my first choice. Amazing valley view from room and restaurant as well. We enjoyed everything here, especially my 15 months baby. You won't regert while staying this property.

4.0The hotel is poorly managed. It is not clean. I like only dining area with a nice view. Customer service needs more friendly atmosphere. The customer service is not helpful. If I ever visit in Gangtok,I will never stay this hotel.
Small average hotel
6.0Not the best hotel in Gangtok, but not bad either. It is an average hotel. The view from the rooms is not good. Also the location seemed to be far from the main city. Not many people seemed to know this hotel wither. Staff requires further training in the restaurant section. Good is good. Breakfast is good, however, not many options are available. But overall it is a decent hotel.
