A masterclass in service and style
10.0Amazing experience and what real 5 star service means. Stayed 4 days in this magnificent hotel at the 88 th floor with a beautiful view of Shenzhen. Room was always maintained to perfection and all the amenities were great. The breakfast is really nice and should not be missed by any guests. The part that sets St Regis apart from other high end hotels we have stayed at over the years is the level of service and attention to details that makes your stay so nice and pleasant. I would especially like to mention Luna Wang in the butler service, her service and friendliness is second to none. Her helpfulness and kindness made the stay for us so special and great. Many thanks and not goodbye, until next time we will for sure be back.

10.0We stay at the hotel with family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. We highly appreciate the hotel staff to prepare the room decoration and birthday cake for us. Our butler, Lucia, has provided excellent service to us. We have a very nice experience at the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality from every member of the team. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special, with a level of service that was both professional and heartfelt. The attention to detail, friendly smiles, and sincere care from the staff made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would especially like to thank Macy from the gym team for her kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. Her warm attitude and dedication made my fitness experience during my stay even more enjoyable. A special appreciation also goes to Chef Naresh, the talented Indian chef, for preparing such delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. His passion for cooking and attention to flavor truly made every meal a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire St. Regis Shenzhen team for creating such a wonderful stay.
