9.0Tesisin çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Mrs Gala çok tatlı sevimliydi ckeck in için baya yardımcı oldu. Konumu çok iyi her yere rahatlıkla ulaşım sağladık. Plaza mayor sol meydanı vs hep yürüyerek gittik. Zaten üç dk yürüme mesafesinde metro durağı var. Havaalanınada bu sebeple kolayca ulaşım sağladık.
− Tesisin konforu eksik.

A great place for our first trip to Madrid. We didn’t need to use any public transport during our stay as everything was
9.0It is in an excellent location so close to a metro station and walkable to all the attractions. The staff were all very friendly too. It is a safe hotel because you have to press a buzzer to be met in and you have to hand your key in when you go out meaning anyone coming in has to ask for that key therefore no strangers should ever be allowed to wander around.
− The one downside for us was the lack of storage space to hang things. We missed a proper wardrobe. Also it was strange not having a door in the shower area. You walked through an open space to a shower cubicle and sink. While the size of the room was small I do think some sort of door should be there even if it was a sliding partition.
10.0Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral.
