− The room was very small, outdated, and poorly decorated. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt old, and there was no air conditioning. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the room looked very different from the photos shown online. In my opinion, the pictures did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation. The reception closes at 8:00 PM, which caused serious check-in difficulties for several guests. We saw guests struggling to enter the hotel and contact the staff. When they finally reached someone, they were reportedly asked to pay an additional fee for assistance. This was unreasonable and unacceptable. - The staff were not helpful Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not meet the standards we expected, and in my opinion, it felt more like a one-star hotel - maybe less !!

10.0房间舒适，保暖，阳台，直面小火车。但也不是很吵，因为晚上过了11:00他们就没有火车了，所以整个观景非常好，面前还有一条川流不息的河，真的很棒，本身来说酒店的服务干净程度早餐也是非常好的，交通便利方面也很好，火车站出来走，大概两三分钟就能到了。
