− A bit run down, bad smells in the room and doors and windows not always working

− Room was small, no heating or cooling, one night we have been locked out for 2 hours from 1:45 am to 3:45 am as the receptionist locked the gate and was not reachable. They supposed to have 24 hours rexeption service.

− They could have some kind of fan in the property as with heat wave it was super hot to stay inside. We found fans in other property during our stay in Paris.
