helpful, friendly & nothing to much trouble.
10.0very convenient for the lower main road to the rest of the island, airport & the capital "Myrina" (just over 2 miles away). The rooms were in very good condition & extremely clean. they were kept that way every day including new towels & bedding daily. If you had any queries or needed anything then nothing seemed too much trouble & the owners (who live in a house next door) were very friendly & approachable. The hotel name gives a clue to the fact that it is in a slightly elevated position & has good sea views of the whole bay from the balconies. There is a nice & large beach a short walk away. My room even had a washing machine along with 2 ring pan cooker, fridge/freezer, aircon, tv & radio. This is a quiet hotel on a quiet island, at end of sept there was only a corner shop open in the resort itself. A Hirecar is needed to travel as there are virtually no buses or taxis, (there is plenty of onsite parking at the hotel). There were plenty of tavernas & bars open in Myrina which is a 4-5 minute drive or 45minute stroll. (it is a very good island for walkers).

8.0The apartment is spacious. We made good use of the balcony. You can walk down to a near perfect sandy beach in little more than 5 minutes. Sula is not only friendly and conscientious but easy to chat to. She makes good recommendations for where to eat, things to do and places to visit. She knows lots of people including the helpful and enthusiastic young lady at the tourist office in Myrina. Parking is right next to the apartments. The shower room with basin and toilet is clean and pleasant to use. The kitchen is fine except that there are just two electric rings, just two pans and no bread knife.
Excellent comfortable base for exploring Limnos
10.0The owners Soula and Nicos live next to the studios. You could not ask for a kinder or more attentive landlords. They are not intrusive but always there willing and able to help . We had a super holiday on Limnos .
