Lovely staff, but a disappointing stay
6.0Unfortunately my stay here was not the greatest. The rooms are looking shabby, the bed is possibly the most uncomfortable I've slept on (with pretty much non-existent pillows), and the food was poor (cold soup and 'sourdough bruschetta' which turned out to be a toasted piece of packaged sliced bread with barely cooked pan fried peppers & onions). Disappointing. The staff were lovely though - which is why I'm ashamed to say I didn't bring up the problems at the time.
