8.0One thing you have be careful about is who you are actually speaking to and getting the room from. When I call Choice Hotel properties, I expect them to answer, and not a third party like Expedia!! The pool water is absolutely freezing. That was the only consistent issue we have found here. It doesn't matter the outside temperature, summer or winter, the water is freezing.

4.0The front desk staff are not friendly at all. The room needs a deep cleaning and mold cleaned in the shower. The lady at breakfast was the only friendly helpful person at the hotel
