Abusive pet policy. Do not visit this place with pets!!!
4.0I didn't stay at the hotel because their abusive pet policy. Hence I'm giving negative score because couldn't veriffy other attributes. The hotel staff was not helpfull with the pet situation neither when we were at the hotel, nor after we contacted for a refund online.
− Abusive and surprising pet policy, not published in the hotel policies before arrival. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel help with the hotel situation. I was totally scammed.
Always friendly staff to meet you as soon as you walk in rooms always clean and comfortable.

− the toilet in the room ran water all night my husband said the flapper needs to be replaced, and the breakfast chairs need to be reupholstered
