7.0Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.
− Extra Kosten für Parkplatz, Parkplätze kaum ausreichend, Lage außerhalb von Cottbus in einem Gewerbegebiet an der Autobahn.

− Parkplatz am Haus, kostet aber 4,00 € extra.
War in Ordnung könnte aber verbessert werden
6.0Die Freundlichkeit des Personales
− Bad ; zu hoher Einstieg zur Dusche ( für ältere nicht geeignet) , dass lange nach laufen der Lüftung ( zu laut) , zu wenig Licht im Zimmer . Bei Hitze wäre ein Ventilator von Vorteil . In der Küche/ Kantine wäre eine Verbesserung des Ambiente in Betracht zu ziehen
