8.0Staff were very hospitable and responded to all of my requests. Free breakfast was decent. Location is so so but easy to grab a taxi if needed. Facilities are a little dated. Hot water was intermittent. Safe was broken or reset twice during my 3 day stay so had to call often to retrieve my valuables. I would stay again if I caught a deal and for short stay.
