− You have rules but you don’t enforce them Children in spa at 6.30 Woke us both mornings Very basic rooms Certainly not up to $400 a night level Would not recommend Four coffee pods for two nights When asked for more was told they are very expensive The staff member looked like she didn’t want to be there Terrible experience

Ideal location in Russell with spacious rooms.
9.0Great location direct on the waterfront of Russell. Close walking distance to the ferry station, shops, restaurants and points of interest. Clean and spacious rooms.
− Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well equipped with only one small pot and one frying pan to cook with.
