4.0Our reservation was updated and confirmed for two separate beds, but when we arrived, the change hadn't been applied and no rooms were available. Quite disappointing, however, the man was nice and got us a room at their sister motel over the road. That room was nice but was upstairs which was hard for my friend, as we had requested a downstairs room also.
