8.0Adoramos a decoração que nos dava uma sensação de estar em casa. A Dona Rosana é uma simpatia e sem dúvida a cara daquele espaço.
− Infelizmente ouve-se um pouco do quarto ao lado , mas também acho que tivemos azar, pois os hóspedes faziam mesmo muito barulho principalmente logo pela manhã. Acho que é mais falta de civismo de alguns hóspedes que infelizmente reflete-se depois na avaliação do hotel .

Destaca Rosana por su trato y amabilidad y excelente desayuno
9.0Me gustó que Rosana siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento y el que hablara en español nos lo puso más fácil. El desayuno está muy bien, más que de sobra, pero si quieres algo más el camarero es muy amable y siempre te pregunta (aunque un poco maniático a la hora de colocar las cosas en la mesa, como las movieras las volvía a poner él como él quería, algo que no llegué a entender). La habitación bien, aunque el aire acondicionado no se puede regular
− El a veces ruido del aire acondicionado y una cosa que sólo m pasó una noche, una persona enfrente del hotel con el móvil a todo volumen viendo vídeos a las 3:30 de la mañana que me despertó, alguien muy parecido al recepcionista de la noche aunque a esas horas no puedo asegurar que fuera él

− La Clim un peu froide et bruyante, dommage que le rooftop ne soit pas exploité en proposant un petit bar ce qui rendrait l hôtel un peu plus chaleureux

10.0I liked everything. Loved the room location and the staff were really nice. Amazing service. Thank you to the lady at the reception ( unfortunately didn’t catch her name) but she was absolutely fantastic Gave us the best advice for gelato spots. My daughter was thrilled.
