− we had problems with the keys ... one for the door on the street , another for entrance to the area where our room was and a third key to our room

− מאוד רועש. חלון החדר לרחוב צד וסואן עם רעש עד 0200. חלון השירותים פונה לרחוב אחר, רועש גם כן. למרטת שיש מעלית קטנה מאוד, יש חצי קומה לרדת במדרגות צרות. בקיצור קשה עם מזוודה של 25 ק"ג.

We truly enjoyed the hotel & its location to most all major sights!
8.0Great location in Monti & loved the recommendation for La Taverna (ate there 3 times). Also loved the gelato shop in the corner.
− WiFi was in & out during our stay but they were aware & trying to get it fixed.
