6.0The hotel is new and pretty, however two situations happened that made our experience bad. Unfortunately I fell one of the stairs of the hotel, the deck stairs is pretty narrow and extremely dark. I was provided with no assistance nor follow up. In addition to that, I booked a 1 night stay through expedia as a gift to my brother and sister-in-law. Unfortunately, at the time of the check-out they charged my brother another night, saying that the one through expedia wasn’t paid. Even with proof of payment they did not yet return the money to my brother who paid extra. It is being more than 2 weeks now and we continue to wait for the refund.

10.0Lovely resort style hotel. Pools, hottub were gorgeous. Excellent breakfast. We travelled around the area a lot, so we didn’t try the other restaurants. Great location near Old Town and Beach.
