2.0I stayed at this property when my mother passed away two years ago. It was very inviting and relaxing so I was expecting the same level of comfort this time. How WRONG I was!! As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a stench that was so foul, I was sure there was something rotting in there! Couple that with an overwhelming oder of cigarettes and one could understand how I instantly puked. The room had obviously NOT been cleaned as one can see from the photos attached. The bed had been laid on as the pillows were rumpled and had hair on them. There was #2 in the camode. The oven had remnants of someone’s dinner. The walls looked as if children making mud pies cleaned their hands on the walls. It was disgusting, dingy, nasty, and gave off crackhouse vibes!! I immediately went back to the night drop box, declined to stay on the paperwork and requested a full refund. WHO in their right mind would pay even $1 for a hotel that had roaches in the fridge??!!! Their business should be shut down and the building destroyed!!! Imagine driving 11 hours and pulling up to this after midnight. I’m just thankful I was able to find another place to stay as a few of the other hotels were full. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed!
