9.0Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist fantastisch (unbedingt den Sonnenaufgang nicht verpassen!). Alle Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker und vielfältig, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Pools sind sehr sauber und die Ausstattung im Poolbereich, sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Better bequem. Das Programm und die Animation haben Spass gemacht.
− Die Zimmer könnten etwas moderner eingerichtet sein. Die üblichen Pflegeprodukte (z.B. body lotion, Ohrstäbchen, usw.) haben im Bad gefehlt.
Fabulous resort!
9.0We booked Hotek Riu in Madeira for my sister and dad's birthdays. We booked rooms with lateral sea view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a balcony was lovely to have a drink and admire the sea. The hotel is right on yhe waterfront and very close to the airport. The food was very tasty with ample choice. There's always loads. The A la carte restaurant on site can be booked once during your stay and is a lovely way to break up having a buffet style meals throughout. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were so efficient to clean uo used plates and top up our glasses. Very attentive! They also sent a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate the birthdays.
− If I really had to then the shower wasn't great due to temperature settings and the shower did look ancient.. There isn't major change in the menu at the buffet, while it's super tasty, there wasn't like Asian style food added to the menu for a change.
