6.0Good location. It was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. A bit overpriced for what you get, the hotel is pretty standard.
− Staff were not welcoming, no explanation about breakfast, check-out, guest mobility card etc. We had to ask about the mobility card ourselves. We felt that the staff just wanted to get it over with, absolutely not professional and costumer-oriented. Well, maybe it was the heat that day but it doesn't justify it. There was just one cup in the room for two people. Quite noisy in the hallway.

9.0The location was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The AC was especially nice since the weather was rather warm during our stay.
− The breakfast was quite average compared to others which were included with our hotel stays.

Please note that road access to the hotel is through the Bergstrasse. Entry is restricted by bollards.
Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side.
Please note that parking in front of the hotel is only permitted for loading and unloading your car.
Please note that for parking, the hotel recommends the charged Mirabell public underground parking garage, which is located 984 feet away.
