8.0La rapidez y amabilidad de Flor, teníamos prisa por salir puesto que ya teníamos contratada una actividad y fue muy diligente El desayuno estupendo y la limpieza también

10.0La ubicación del hotel muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas y otras atracciones del centro de Arequipa. El hotel ademas tiene dos terrazas que permiten poner en perspectiva la ubicacion y vistas de la ciudad. El diseño de patios interiores hacen de la estadia un lugar tranquilo lejos del bullicio de la ciudad

7.0Ubicación es muy buena al lado plaza de armas el edificio colonial con patio
− Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones, pasillos, escaleras, necesitaría aislar mejor puertas y ventanas que están ya viejas. Dependiendo de la planta de las habitaciónes, la luz es escasa y hay que encender la luz.
