5.0− هذه ثالث مرة للإقامة هناك. المرات السابقة كانت الاقامة فى غرف وكانت جيدة جدا. هذه المرة :اول مرة اقيم فى فيلا وكان رقمها 5022. للاسف كانت دون التوقعات: الغرف فى الدور العلوي بدون ثلاجات والتكييف فى احد الغرف سيئ جدا بالإضافة الى وجود ناموس وذباب بكثرة وبشكل مزعج للغاية. طفلى الصغير عانى للغاية. حتى الثلاجة الموجودة فى الدور الارضى : قديمة للغاية وصغيرة جدا. المسبح كان جيد جدا. بشكل عام : لاانصح بالفيللا الغرف افضل.

8.0-The staff were very polite, helpful and respectable, you feel home and welcomed -The response to problems and complaints was fast -The dedication of Mr Azmy, the house keeping manager, he was able to instantly solve our issues and made sure the room was perfectly cleaned. -The multiple pools
− - The place was overly crowded, especially the dining area, there was no control from the staff may be bec the hotel was fully booked but I didn’t like that people were touching the food with their hands, food is falling on ground, some flies were observed on food trays, liquids poured on the ground and tables were sticky - the parties cause v loud noise especially to old people who likes to rest after dinner - some kids were swimming in adult pool, refusing to leave, needing better enforcement - the horse (by the beach area) was dropping infront of people who are sitting by the beach, smell and look was bad, better to dedicate a far away track for the horse , also walking close to the people was not safe - no pharmacy in the compound (we faced an issue and there was no delivery reaching the hotel)
