2.0невоспитанный персонал, клиенто ориентированности - 0 при оплате номера с завтраком "шведский стол", не умереть с голоду помогло только соседнее кафе

4.0В кулере на этаже не было воды. В номере воняло грязными носками!!Под кроватью был мусор!!!Попросила дополнительно подушку и, халат. Подушку ( с желтыми разводами)и наволочку принесли, а халат оказывается положен только в люкс номерах, поэтому мне предложили взять халат в аренду за 100 рублей!!!! Завтрак....я ожидала большего... выбор скромный, выпечка не свежая, кофе робуста - горький. Ещё не понравилось завтракать под телевизор, где идёт сплошная реклама, обычно в отелях на завтраках играет классическая музыка, что намного приятнее. Из плюсов кровать и подушки относительно удобные, выспаться удалось)!
