3.0− De aankondiging stemt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Sterk verouderd, dunne muren en dus veel lawaai ook veel straatlawaai. Bad is versleten en de masterbedroom verschrikkelijk. Airco zijn oude bakken die enorm veel lawaai maken.

− El apartamento está reformado pero está en un edificio antiguo. Hay un tramo y medio de escaleras un poco estrechas. Eché en falta un microondas y un dispensador de gel en el baño. Su punto fuerte es su localización
