Prima basic verblijf als uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Londen.
7.0De ligging is uitstekend. 5 minuten lopen naar de Underground. Het eigen sanitair en de eigen douche.
− De ontbijtkamer was niet schoon en de keuken verdient echt een goede schoonmaakbeurt. Dat was voor ons de reden om geen gebruik te maken van het ontbijt.

8.0Nice, comfortable room with the necessary basics (wifi, good shower, fan, TV, tea/coffee) in a secure, quiet building. Good breakfast facilities provided within the room price (toast, bacon, eggs, cheese, cornflakes) in a nice communal area.
− Some things could probably do with updating (side light fitting coming loose from the wall, rust on the bathroom towel heating rack, dark marks on the shower curtain) but none of these are big issues that detract from the quality of the stay.

− The hot water in the morning didn't work, which was hugely inconvenient and ruined my day. Also the breakfast isn't really breakfast - just some basic cornflakes which you can help yourself to. The bathroom also has visible traces of mould in.
I am very satisfied.
9.0I am very satisfied with the location - very close to the tube station, Sainsbury, MS food and other local shops and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room size is sufficient for comfortable stay for one person. The amenities and towels are clean.

Good quality budget accommodation including breakfast in South London
9.0Good quality budget single room with ensuite bathroom, TV, wifi, fan, kettle, tea & coffee. There was also a communal kitchen with plenty of food and drink that guests could help themselves to.
− The room could maybe have done with a small fridge. It was a ground floor room and the window view was of an alleyway. However, neither of these things impacted much on the pleasantness of the stay.
