Will not stay there again after knowing what we know and the facilities saying hot tub is working when it wasnt and the

− The hot tub wasn’t working and the pool wasn’t clean and there was an incident that happened when we were getting to our room on Friday evening kinda scary cops involved also then to hear that the cameras don’t work or don’t record if something happens that’s not a good thing allowing random people to use the restroom in the building while they are not even staying there is not safe u never know what they are up to

Overall, the excellent service from the staff made a positive impression
10.0I usually stay at IHG hotels, but they were fully booked, so I stayed at the Comfort Inn next door instead. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made for a pleasant stay.
− The only downside was that the shower wasn’t working very well, so it could use some maintenance.
It was clean, quiet and the breakfast setup was good.
