Like Carlsbad but this place did not feel worth the price. Resort fee expensive plus parking!
6.0Chandlers was nice. The beach was a walk and over a hundred feet of steps to get down, and back up. The shuttle was busy and we were told it’s a busy time.
− Getting to beach across Carlsbad Blvd. Almost got hit once crossing on green WITH a walk signal!

− * Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, keine Bereitschaft, Probleme zu lösen * Beschwerden wurden ignoriert, weder Hotel noch Booking konnten eine zufriedenstellende Lösung anbieten * Frühstücksbuffet wurde auf den Bildern dargestellt, vor Ort gab es jedoch nur Frühstück à la carte * „Inklusive Frühstück“ entsprach nicht der Erwartung – nur ein begrenztes Guthaben von 50 Dollar pro Tag für drei Personen, zusätzliche Kosten entstanden täglich * Sehr hohe Preise im Restaurant, sodass das Frühstücksguthaben nicht ausreichend war * Zusätzliche Parkgebühren wurden verlangt, obwohl kein Hotelparkplatz verfügbar war * Unprofessioneller Umgang beim Thema Parken und Forderung nach Zahlungsnachweisen für das selbst bezahlte Parkhaus * Restaurantservice sehr enttäuschend: Hotelgäste wurden gegenüber externen Gästen benachteiligt * Lange Wartezeiten trotz genügend Personal und freien Tischen * Manager zeigte kein Interesse, persönlich auf die Beschwerden einzugehen * Viele zusätzliche Gebühren für Leistungen, die nicht klar kommuniziert wurden * Insgesamt fehlte es an Gastfreundschaft und Kundenorientierung
