7.0Месторасположение отеля супер, рядом автобусная остановка, минутах в 10 метро, пешком до Султанахмет минут 25. Рядом есть супермаркет, макдональдс. Персонал отеля очень заботливый и отзывчивый. Номер прибирали каждый день, меняли полотенца тоже каждый день.
− Ну отель честно уставший. Старая сантехника. Отклеивающиеся обои. Пожившее постельное белье. Кофе на завтраке ужас. Ассортимент завтраков ограничен, маленький выбор. На 4* точно не тянет.

Traveling with my mother, we could not have asked for a more heartwarming experience. We arrived early in the morning, exhausted after a long and grueling journey. From the very moment we stepped into the lobby, we were embraced with such genuine kindness and attentive care that all our travel weariness melted away. Onur Bey and Serkan Bey at the front desk demonstrated the highest level of professionalism paired with true human compassion. They immediately made us feel cherished and at home, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort right from the start. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the entire front desk and guest services team — Canan, Nejdet, Vedat, and Tolga! You are all absolutely wonderful. This is, without a doubt, the most gracious, polite, and accommodating staff we have ever encountered. Every request was met with a warm smile and prompt, impeccable assistance. Our stay was made even sweeter by our lovely housekeeper, Ms. Hicran. She is an absolute gem — so incredibly sweet, radiant, and endlessly attentive! Thanks to her tireless dedication, our room and the entire floor were kept in pristine, immaculate condition. Her delightful, touching gestures of decorating our bed with fresh flower petals each day brought the biggest smiles to our faces and warmed our hearts deeply.
