5.0Апартаментът се намира на много удобна локация. В непосредствена близост до спирка на метро, приятни заведения и магазини. Лидл е на 100 м. Може да се стигне пеша до най- известните атракции в града. Комуникацията с домакина е чудесна. Спалното бельо и хавлиите са нови и чисти.
− Апартаментът се нуждае от ремонт, обзавеждането е доста захабено. Банята е на доста места олющена, дори тавана е с дупка. Душ кабината е много стара и е опасно да се използва. Има счупени закачалки и поставки по стената. Няма контакти на удобни места в спалнята. Гардеробът в спалнята е много олющен и мирише на мухъл. Голям плюс би било ако има кафе машина за капсули и поне една бутилка с минерална вода. Възглавниците са много ниски и неудобни, добре е да има и по- високи.

7.0Was in a great location, convenient to get around, spacious and washing machine was handy. The property management were really quick to respond and helped us instantly if we had questions.
− You could hear the entrance to the apartment door slamming in the mornings and the bins being taken out at night. The floor was a little dirty, bathroom was a little older!

− Точность в порядке открывания внешних замков: коды для наружной и внутренней дверей были перепутаны местами. В квартиру попали только благодаря собственной сообразительности - поменяли коды местами!
The only saving grace is the location.

− Elevators did not go all the way up to the apartment. Huge accessibility issue. This was not conveyed to us at all before arrival. There was no good way to reach out to the host in case of emergencies. Calls were not picked up. Bed and seating were not comfortable at all. The cushions on the sofa kept on sliding out and it felt like we would fall off the sofa. We had to constantly push the cushions back in. The pillows were too hard. The AC was not working properly. We had it on at 18 degrees Celsius but were sweating throughout the night. Sleep was not comfortable at all. Half the apartment was unusable because it was slanted. We probably hit our heads at least three to four times throughout the stay.
