1.0− It was closed upon arrival. I was booked in for two nights I arrived at 1pm to find the premises closed. I received an e mail informing me of its closure at 3.07pm on the day of arrival having travelled 3 hours. I was informed locally that the premises have been closed for 10 days which certainly appeared to be the case as the premises was completely abandoned with nobody on site. Very poor customer service, obviously would not return.

10.0Es ist das beste B&B, in dem wir bisher gewesen sind. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage lädt zu Verweilen ein und verfügt über eine herrliche Weitsicht über das Tal. Unübertroffen sind die Gastgeber Rachel und Richard mit ihren zwei ebenfalls liebenswerten Hunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

1.0LARGE TOWELS AND EXTRA PILLOWS
− The Staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. This was a last minute booking. The website stated the restaurant was open until 9pm. We arrived at 8.15pm to be told it was too late. Not even an offer of a sandwich. No suggestions of other places to eat. It's located in the middle of nowhere so we had to drive 20 mins before finding any sign of other places to eat. No help with our case even though my elderly husband has an obvious limp. Taken upstairs to a room that had a small window and an approx temp of 42 degrees. No ice was offered. There was a bottle of warm tap water in the room. The bed had a thick winter quilt on it! No thought to our comfort whatso ever! The room was too hot. The TV didn't work. No Air con. The member of staff checking us in mentioned a fridge. We assumed it was in the room but couldn't find it. Eventually located it two corridors away to find it contained a small amount of fresh milk. Just a horrible experience altogether. I contacted the property and complained the next day. No response that just goes to show how little they actually care. Avoid at all costs!
