10.0The location is perfect, close to everything and the buses are very nearby too. Michelle's kindness is unparalleled. I went for my birthday and when I arrived I found some gifts and a bottle of champagne; those gestures are greatly appreciated. I went with my son and they were very kind to him the whole time.

10.0Michelle was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was very understanding when our flight was delayed 5 hrs and our early morning check in became an afternoon arrival. The room was very clean. It was close to everything we wanted to see, but was on a quiet side street.

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Y fuimos en pleno verano. Habia que desagotar un bidon cada cierto tiempo. Pero lo mas importante era que el aire no enfriaba nada.
Very central to Vatican City and local sites. Less crowded than Rome center.
10.0It was very central to all the places to we wanted to visit. Michelle was an excellent host. The Vatican was just a 10 min walk as well as Castle St. Michael. The A/C was a life saver.
