It was OK and convenient even though there were some hitches.
7.0It was clean, the room was spacious and the location was good for the bus, tram and metro. Generally quite and a developing part of the city.
− Some staff were not kind to us when we asked for basic needs such as single-use slippers, a sponge (they gave us only 1 sponge for a 2-person reservation), and a blanket. When they didn't help with our requests, they reacted as if we were asking for too much. That's not what a four-star hotel should do. And you should be careful about eating what they leave in the room because they charge you for it; it's their “room cafe”. The blanket cover did not fit it and there were not any buttons to do so. It was not hygienic to sleep with an uncovered blanket during the night. The room is airless when you don't leave the window open.
