10.0The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food. Front desk staff Mr Shinde and Jyoti were very helpful and professional. I had an enjoyable stay at Aures.

10.0Large comfortable room. Beds and pillows were just right re firmness and support. Breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choices and the staff were very obliging with any requests. We were even offered coffee whilst waiting to be checked in, which was very kind and hospitable!

2.0The hotel had was supposed to provide white towels but, the color was brown and torn on the sides. The breakfast was ok, with sambar sugar quoted, Stick Idlies and oily purees. The bathrooms were dirty, no hot water. The staff were rude and not sense of hospitality. We stayed for 10 days and the last day before checkout they forced us to pay $5 that was the balance after wrong calculation. I will not recommend this hotel. Rather stay in Ginger down the street or LemonTree, which has better service and well trained staff. Avoid this hotel if possible and it is not worth the rating provided.
