3.0The staff were lovely at the hotel.
− The staff had a dog in the property that kept barking, the rooms need a deep a deep clean. The showers are full of mould, there's a lack of water pressure. The staff say communication is done via whattsapp for room cleaning etc. But everyday someone would knock on the room even if I hadn't messaged.
