9.0Comfortable beds and good breakfast. We got caught up in the Gulf conflict chaos with cancelled flights. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and did what they could to try to contact our airline. They accommodated us for an extra 2 weeks and I can't praise and thank them highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.
